Amini Carpets

The Amini company was founded in 1962 and specialises in producing carpets. The name was originally the brand of the Amini Brothers Company. The brothers’ Afghan cultural heritage is fundamental to the brand’s identity, and has been safeguarded and passed down for over half a century.

Through its advanced worldwide production structure, Amini can create customised hand-crafted carpets in addition to mechanically woven carpets for large orders. Their carpets are all delivered from Amini’s headquarters in Milan, Italy but the carpets are woven in countries like Nepal, India, Turkey, Morocco and Afghanistan, where weaving is part of the local culture. One quarter of their carpets are custom-made, and therefore unique and rich in character, designed to fit the customer’s needs.

The company’s goal is to create quality, innovation and unique style. For this purpose, Amini has introduced a structure that can respond to any request in terms of materials, dimensions, design and colour.
Alongside personalized products, we can find collections like the Amini Icons, which are carpets designed by famous designers like Gio Ponti, Manlio Rho, Ico Parisi and Gio Colombo, in addition to their Contemporary Collection, Classic Collection and many others.
